About Us
We’ve been working with sweets for the past 20 years, so we like to think we know a thing or two about them. Justine – the company founder – grew up watching her mum making handmade fudge for her shop in Lyme Regis. Her mum was a stickler for doing things properly and beat every batch herself by hand. The result was delicious, crumbly, melt-in-the mouth fudges. Justine is proud to continue the tradition of selling high quality fudges as well as a few new sweets she’s added to the collection since. We sell our sweets exclusively at Borough Market, London.

Meet the team
Justine
Job: ‘The Fudge Boss’
Spends most of her time looking after the sweet making (and the rest of the team).
Favourite Sweet: Sea Salt Caramel Fudge. “Still my favourite since we introduced it twenty years ago!”
Cause close to my heart: ‘Casa Guatemala’
“I travelled to Guatemala in 2012 with my family and visited this amazing children’s orphanage.” www.casaguatemala.co.uk
Fun Fact: “I’m a whizz at table tennis (some may beg to differ) and I also love a backgammon challenge (ideally while munching a bag of our sea salt caramel fudge).”

John
Job: ‘Special Ops’
Probably the smiliest guy in the fudge world. Usually to be found at our stall, happily serving customers with a wee twinkle in his eye (when he’s not running around organising everything!).
Favourite Sweet: Gingerbread Latte Fudge. “I like the spicy/sweet contrast.”
Cause close to my heart: signal.org.uk/projects/africa/uganda/
Fun Fact: “I’m a keen painter, some say I’m like a young Picasso.”

Tim
Job: ‘Calming Influencer’
Meet Tim, our super chilled out fudge seller. Nothing ruffles his feathers, he’s always sweetness and light!
Favourite Sweet: Clotted Cream Fudge – I’m a traditionalist when it comes to fudge.
Cause close to my heart: Mind’s Psychosis Therapy Project. They provide long term, low cost talk therapy for those suffering from psychosis. https://www.islingtonmind.org.uk/our-services/psychosis-therapy-project/
Fun Fact: I own more books than I could read in a lifetime! Does anyone have the number for Marie Kondo?
